Aloe Ferox Fibre, as we know fibre is a critically important nutrient in your everyday diet.  Organic, Wild-harvested Aloe Ferox Fibre is fast becoming known as a superior fibre to use as it is gluten free, and unlike most other fibre, it has no phytic acid or phytates that block absorption of minerals like calcium, magnesium and iron. Phytates are present in all seed or grain based dietary fibres such as bran, oats, and ispaghula. Adding too much Aloe fibre to your diet too quickly could result in digestive distress due to its high fibre content.  It is recommended that your intake be gradually increased over time to allow your body to adjust. Drink plenty of fluids  to aid adequate digestion of the Aloe fibre.
